Payment, delivery and returns
We accept all major payment services, except PayPal
- Credit and debit cards including American Express
- Bank transfers
- Amazon Pay

- Post office cheques (postal orders)
Order Processing times
- Bank Transfer Orders are processed once the second your payment hits our bank account.
- Card Payment Orders are processed immediately
- Amazon Pay orders are processed immediately
- Post office cheque orders are processed once the payment clears
Deliveries are booked before 11am each morning and your goods will be dispatched that same day, providing they're in stock. Most orders received after 11am will travel the following day.
UK deliveries all use next day services, it may however take a day or two to source a particular item.
DPD is our default service provider for UK inland shipments:
- Orders over £50 are carried free
- Orders under £50 have a charge of £3 attached
Royal Mail carry all deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
- Orders over £100 are carried free
- Orders under £50 have a £5 fee attached
We use a mixture of DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination
- Orders over £250 are carried free
- Orders under £250 is based on shipment weight.
We do accept returns for 28days after delivery under the following provisions:
- Unless faulted, all goods are to be returned fit for sale, meaning all items are still as new, tags are still attached and packaged in the state you received it in.
- As we're built to subsidise our members purchases, anyone returning goods bought on groups-discount should expect slight delays in replacements.
- Personalised goods can be returned if they're faulted or we've made a mistake
- Intimate goods can returned if they're faulted or we've made a mistake
- All wrong sizes will be replaced with the correct size even if we've made a mistake.
- All further shipping is the buyers responsibility unless faulted or we made a mistake.
- Refunds will be issued once the goods are back in our care in the standard you received them.
- Any discounts paid out will be retained before monies returned, on pro rata basis.
We can only accept a cancellation before your order update ORDER PROCESSING is received. Quite often we have to buy you product from our suppliers and once the money has changed hands, we have operated as per you wishes. Should you wish to cancel after this time, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.
