We are extremely aware of the importance of keeping data safe for all of our users, members, admins and staff. At no time will your personal details be shared with anyone outside of the inner circle of the run3rings organisation and trusted third party system providers: SagePay, WorldPay, AmazonPay, DPD, Royal Mail, EKM Powershop and MailMonkey
We do not store by paper or any electronic means: D.O.B or any payment details with the exception of those paying by bank transfer - in these cases you can be rest assured our banking system is not accessible by any electronic means and no details are stored anywhere, except within this banking system.
We do store by paper file and electronic means: Name, Address, Telephone number, email address, purchase history (including garment sizes) and the performance stats we collect during challenges and user activity across our social media network.
We do share your name or address details to the trusted third parties to execute the sale process: Our shipping agency the DPD, Royal Mail; our store provider EKM Powershop, our payment gateways: AmazonPay, WorldPay and SagePay.
We do not share/sell/upload/download your email address(es) or any other information to anyone other than these suppliers of the system(s) which we utilise to deliver our services.
Easy Opt In and Easy Opt Out
We do enjoy staying in touch with you to offer the best service and to keep you updated with challenges reminders and statistics. We most certainly are not in the game of spamming our users. We have many social media pages and brands within our organisation and the more you connect with our system the more updates you will receive. Using our database system, on OPT-IN we add you to each individual contact list for each departments and you are free at any time, to opt-out of each.
Acquiring Copies or Deletion of the data stored
You can at any time request a copy of all data held on your person. WE will require a formal request through the email address you made your purchases through. Hard-copies will carry an administration fee of £15 to process and deliver. Email versions are free but must be delivered to the email address we have for you.

1.8 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.

Exclusion of liability
1.14 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.
1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
1.16 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay. In cases of personalised items: no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.
1.17 Although we endeavour to process your order immediately after payment, Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods and services starts the moment you place your order and ends on:
- for goods, on receipt of your ORDER PROCESSING UPDATE
- for memberships and other services with or without goods attached.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.24 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) any order after the issuance of the Order Processing update. All subsequent cancellations after this update will be managed using our refunds policy.
(b) any membership to any of our sub-groups. Cancellations happen after failing to renew a membership in the following season.
(c) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
(d) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal goods that in a fashion where it renders the items not as new
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commonlaw Courts of England and Wales.
